Late fees
Reminder Stages
If the loan period for media items is exceeded, overdue fees will be charged. We charge these fees as follows:
1st reminder level: after the due date has passed: 1.50 euros per item
2nd reminder level: 7 days after the due date: 5.00 euros per item
3rd reminder level: 14 days after the due date: 10.00 euros per item
Late fees for course materials
Items from the semester collections are subject to short-term loan policies (overnight or on Fridays through the weekend). If these items are not returned by the due date, a late fee of 3.00 euros per item will be charged for each day or portion thereof that the library is open.
Fees are charged in accordance with the fee schedule.
Please note that the fees are cumulative.
