Withdrawal from the University
Library's Certificate of Discharge
Upon completion of your studies, you will need a clearance form from the library that has not been marked by the library. This form confirms that you have no outstanding books on loan and no unpaid fees.
Please note that there are two different forms for PH students: one for the issuance of your transcripts and one for final withdrawal from the university.

Fill out the form and bring it to the service desk during service hours, or alternatively, send it to us at the following email address:leihstelle@hs-weingarten.de.
Once the library has signed off on it, your library account will be deactivated. You will no longer be able to borrow materials. If you would still like to borrow materials for your teacher training or for personal reasons, you are welcome to apply for an external library card. To do so, please come to the service desk with your ID card during service hours.
