KVK - Karlsruhe Virtual Catalog
The KVK is a free and openly accessible metasearch engine. A metasearch engine is a search engine that simultaneously forwards a search query to several other search engines, collects the results, and organizes them. The databases queried include all German-language and numerous international library catalogs, as well as cross-library databases (e.g., the Journal Database (ZDB)) and search engines such as BASE (Bielefeld Academic Search Engine) or Google Scholar.
This catalog is ideal for interlibrary loan when the desired literature is not available in your own library.
