Overdue Notice Levels:

If the loan period for media items is exceeded, overdue fees will be charged. We charge these as follows:

1st reminder level: after the due date: 1.50 euros per item

2nd reminder level: 7 days after the due date has passed: 5.00 euros per item

3rd reminder level: 14 days after the due date: 10.00 euros per item

 

Overdue fees for semester collections:

Items from the semester collection are subject to short-term loan policies (overnight or on Friday through the weekend). If these items are not returned by the due date, a late fee of 3.00 euros per item will be charged for each day or part thereof that the library is open.
Fees are charged in accordance with the fee schedule.

 

Bank Transfer:

Fees can be paid by bank transfer. The bank details are as follows:

When making the transfer, please include the reference number “9879220104629 PH Weingarten” as the purpose of the payment, alongwith your name and student ID number or user number.
